Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and we will offer an exchange for a different size or collection of equal value in instances where you have changed your mind before using our swimwear. You can also opt for store credit for the full value of your returned items. Right now we are only offering this service for US customers.

Eligible products can be exchanged within 30 days of the date you received your parcel for a store credit note providing the product is in original condition. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.  We also require that the swimwear is send back in the sealed bag with all tags and sanitary labels attached.

After you receive a confirmation email for your return with our return address, you have up to 7 days to return in order for the return to be valid. 

If your return is accepted for credit as per our returns policy, we will issue you with an electronic store credit note only. This can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred bikini for 12 months from date of purchase.

The cost involved in returning an item to Lily Maya will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is registered and insured. 

 

US Returns

To organize a return please follow sales@lilymayaco.com , and provide your  order number, email and details of the return. After it's approved you will receive the return/exchange details by email.

Lily Maya does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.

In the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at the email address above with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.

 

Payments

Lily Maya offers various payment options. We accept all major Credit/Debit card and Paypal through Shopify Payments. All payments are securely processed via our checkout service. We do not see or store your credit card information at any time.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally we will have items available for pre-order, to give you the opportunity to secure an item before it arrives. When purchasing pre-sale items, the full amount of the items purchased, including postage will be deducted from your account. No further charges will be applied once the item has arrived and been shipped. It generally takes between 2-5 weeks for a pre-order to arrive, although these dates are mostly accurate, they can sometimes be subject to delays. If you have placed an order that contains pre-sale and non-presale items, they will be shipped at the same time.
